At Old World Steel, we take great care in shipping your valuable treasures discreetly. Our products are shipped in plain shipping boxes, ensuring no attention is drawn to the contents inside.

To guarantee fast and secure delivery, we partner with reputable shipping services such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground/Air. Please note that the available shipping methods may vary depending on the product and the shipping destination.

We will ship your order to the address provided by you during checkout. It is important for customers to track their package using the provided tracking number from the shipping carrier until the delivery is completed. This allows you to stay informed about the progress of your shipment.

For added protection, some orders may require a signature
upon delivery. This service is provided at no additional cost to you, ensuring the safe receipt of your items.

Please note that shipping to a PO Box is not permitted.

Shipping Cost

For orders totaling $150 or more before tax, we are pleased to offer free ground shipping. Our team will carefully select the best shipping method for your order at no additional cost. Please note that 2-Day or Overnight Shipping options are not eligible for free shipping.

For orders under $149 before tax, we provide the following flat-rate shipping options:

• Ground Shipping: $9.95
• 2-Day Delivery: $25.00
• Next-Day Delivery: $50.00
  

These flat rates ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, regardless of the order value.

Order Processing Time

At Old World Steel, we make every effort to ship your order promptly, aiming to ship within 48 hours of your purchase. As many of our products are handcrafted, we perform an additional quality control check before shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction.

For in-stock express orders placed after 1 pm Central Standard Time, they will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that our promised delivery time applies exclusively to business days, which include Monday through Friday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to keep you informed of its progress. However, please be aware that express shipping options such as 2-Day or Overnight are only available for the contiguous United States (excluding HI and AK), and they do not include handling time. Expedited shipping options do not account for our standard 1-2 day processing window.

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse or office without a return authorization, a 20% processing fee will be applied to the order to cover the associated administrative costs.

Once the courier's status changes to "delivered," any lost packages become the responsibility of the customer. We recommend promptly contacting the courier to resolve any delivery issues and ensure the safe receipt of your order.
